Create Your New Normal
It's time for you to Create Your New Normal. When the divorce process is over, the real work begins. This 6-week group is for anyone who is done with the legal process and is ready to focus on themselves and how to move forward in ways that are healthy for YOU. When a marriage ends, the reality of what was normal ends too. Find ways to create a new normal that supports your children, your co-parenting agreements, and YOUR new normal life after divorce. Whether you wanted the divorce or not, take this opportunity to choose how to step into the future. Each week we will focus on a specific topic that supports the New Normal you desire and deserve. The support you will find will be as powerful as the support you will provide to others.
This 6-week support group is held in Edina on Tuesdays from 5:30pm-7:00pm, starting on Tuesday, September 11th.
This group requires 6 committed registrations to begin and has a limit of 10 people. All groups cost $35 per week. Since there are limited spaces in each group, pre-registration and a commitment payment of $100 is required to reserve your space in the group. The remaining balance is due at the first group meeting.

This 6-hour group will focus on key topics about the realities of divorce, how to talk about divorce with your children, how to separate the emotional triggers that keep people stuck from decision making, co-parenting and parenting plans, grieving what was as you find new ways of creating what can be, how to communicate with someone who won't communicate. Rachel provides guidance and support based on her education, knowledge, training, professional and personal experience.
